Pinzon Island - Snorkeling
Full Day Snorkeling at Pinzón Island and La Fe or Las Palmitas. Upon arrival at Pinzon we’ll have our first snorkeling activity during which we may encounter white-tipped reef sharks, Galapagos sharks, sea turtles, sea lions and a variety of fish. Departure from Santa Cruz Island.
Española Island
Located south of San Cristobal, Española is one of the oldest islands in the archipelago. Here we will walk for about two hours in order to observe marine iguanas, blue-footed and masked boobies nesting and, in season (May-Dec), we will be able to see the majestic albatross that fly from the mainland to nest here.
Plazas and Punta Carrion
Upon reaching Plazas we will walk 45 minutes to one hour to observe land iguanas in their natural habitat as well as hybrid iguanas (a cross between a land iguana and a marine iguana). We can also see a large colony of sea lions and enjoy the beautiful landscape.
Santa Fe Island
Upon arrival at Santa Fe we can swim in a crystal clear bay which is home to a large colony of sea lions and sea turtles. We may also see white-tipped reef sharks.After enjoying lunch on board the yacht we’ll navigate 45 minutes to Playa Escondida, a beautiful beach where we can walk and snorkel from the beach. Here we also have the possibility to swim with sea turtles and sea lions.
